Example One: Couple a grinder to a bagger or a grinder to a silage blower and use a N-14 cummins (500 HP) to power both.
Example Two: ?Mount 2 Engines on the bed of a truck for 1500 HP coupled to 9 grinders to grind 20,000 BU. per hour and travel highway speeds with your PTO UNIT ATTACHED between jobs.
Trucks may perform truck and PTO duties every day since converting from highway speeds to PTO is the flip of a switch.

The axle installation is non-toxic.? It does not alter DOT or insurance requirements.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to use cutting torch and welder with average mechanical abilities.? Occasionally drive shaft work is needed.? Some use local repair shops to do the installations.
REAL CUSTOMER APPLICATION
Some trucks in Ohio are operating at 95% total horsepower on lagoon manure pumps.? They go 30 days /24 hours (that’s 500 HP) between job sites.? One catepillar engine has logged over 12,000 hours in this EXTREME DUTY CYCLE.? Change the oil and replace the belts.? A farm tractor can not make that much power nor can they survive that duty cycle. To maybe put things in perspective; the average 3/4 ton truck is considered “under a hard pull” 15% of its life.
Tractors do not have a bed to haul or highway speeds for gooseneck trailer work.? Some axles are rated at 22,000 lbs so power capabilities and load capacities are desirable.

A 10-speed truck transmission means 10-PTO speeds;? shift up for fuel economy (20% savings on a manure pump) or shift down for more power.? Trucks can be pulled VERY HARD on a 24 hr duty-cycle.
PTO power from aging farm tractors requires repairs (maybe $7500 if the tractor has to be split) while NEW tractors use the computer to derate HP while the PTO is engaged. (PTO is weak).
