This DIY PMA or as some call it Permanent Magnet Generator shows how to build your own PMA from a Ford Car Alternator (Delco 10-12SI use the same principle).? It includes rewinding the stator coils for higher voltage on LESS RPM. It shows how to rebuild the field to include Super High Strength Neodymium Magnets instead of the 12V Coil normally used in a vehicle application. The final product works well for building a Wind Turbine, Water Wheel, or Other Application to produce your own energy.
